MouldTek-Feman provides Project Management services to customers in Tooling Development projects. Our project managers act on behalf of customer with tool makers to guide and control the tooling development process from design stage to SoP at customer production site. Our project mangers follow proven Project management protocols and report the status to customer on agreed intervals. Our project mangers constantly monitor the progress and critical paths. Any deviations are discussed with Tool makers and necessary corrective action are agreed in discussions with customers and tool makers. Our project managers also ensure the readiness, adherence to specifications and report the details to customer to help them to make necessary decisions.
